During coaching services, we collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, and other relevant data for client communication and payment purposes. Coaching sessions may utilize fillable worksheets that are shared between the coach and the client to aid the coaching process. Any information obtained during a service shall be kept confidential and secured until termination of the coaching relationship.

Information retained includes any personal or contact information supplied by the client as well as any worksheets or resources shared between the coach and the client. Some data retention is necessary in order to provide continued client communication. and other data stored enhances the coaching experience. Upon termination of the coaching relationship, all personal information and any documents will be securely destroyed in accordance with privacy and data protection laws.
Data Security & Analytics
We implement measures to secure your information, including Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) from Wix.com, and Transport Layer Security (TLS) from Google Workspace. While we strive to protect your data, please note that any data transmission over the internet is possible. We recommend refraining from submitting any information that could be considered sensitive, such as financial details or personal identification numbers.
We use data analytics tools from Wix and Google solely to optimize website performance and understand user behavior. We collect aggregated visitor statistics and limited anonymized data (IP address, device type, cookies) for analysis only.
